British Columbia invites 158 immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination in the latest draw which held on 19^th May 2020.

British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) in the latest draw has invited 158 Candidates from the Skills Immigration and Express Entry BC immigration categories. The candidates from 5 BC PNP immigration subcategories were issued invitations in this draw and the provincial score requirements varied by the programs.

The score requirements for the 2 Express Entry BC subcategories were:

1. Skilled Worker: (110)
2. International Graduate: (110)

The candidates who were invited under these subcategories must need to have profiles in the federal Express Entry system. Now, these candidates have been invited to apply for a provincial nomination from British Columbia. These candidates have the opportunity to win an additional 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points if they get the provincial nomination. After getting the nomination then these candidates will guarantee to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in a subsequent federal Express Entry draw.

The score requirements for the 3 Skills Immigration subcategories were:

1. The Skilled Worker: 100
2. The International Graduate: 103
3. The Entry Level and Semi-Skilled: 81

This draw was affected by the impact of COVID 19 on British Columbia businesses and the number of sales and service occupations was not included in the draw. The People who were invited in this latest draw which held on 19^th May now those candidates have up to 30 English calendar days to submit a complete application to the British Columbia Provincial Nomination Program (BC PNP) for the provincial nomination.
