The previous Manitoba living experience or an invitation under one of the province’s Strategic Recruitment Initiatives can also make a candidate eligible in this draw.

These individuals do not need to be currently living in the province of Manitoba when they submit their application.

To be eligible under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream, the immigration candidates must meet the basic criteria such as having a full-time and permanent offer of employment within Manitoba.

To receive Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) through the International Education Stream, the immigration candidate must meet the basic criteria such as being a graduate of an educational institution in the province of Manitoba.
